Ilham Orujov
I build information systems
that real people run on.
Founder of OrujovAI. Eleventh grade at Kaspi Lyceum in Baku, class of 2027. Applying for Information Systems, Fall 2027.
ΑΡΧΗ
On my sixteenth birthday, 10 May 2026, I launched OrujovAI.
An AI platform for studying and working in Azerbaijani, Russian and English. I design it, code it and run it myself.
The strongest AI tools think in English, cost money and know nothing about our exams.
Students in Azerbaijan learn in Azerbaijani or Russian and prepare for national exams no global product was built for. So I built one that was.
ΣΧΟΛΕΙΑ
3,400+ students at Kaspi Lyceum are on the exam platform I built.
Every mock exam, every answer and every mistake: a page for each student, a dashboard for teachers and an AI tutor that teaches from the student's own mistakes.
1 dot = 1 student.
That's all of them, up there. Not a chart: a crowd.
Move through them, and click to send a wave.Touch them, and tap to send a wave.
Kaspi Lyceum runs on my systems. In October 2026 Simurq Lyceum signed on.
When Kaspi's director asked for every pupil's development plan to move online, I shipped the first version the same day and four versions in a week: one system for pupils, parents, teachers and the head office, in three languages.
ΛΟΓΟΣ
I took over stabil.az, a news site with a real audience.
Next: Azerbaijan's first AI-run newsroom, where AI does the research and the drafting and an editor approves every story before it goes out.
Building it was half. Running it is the other half.
Free and paid plans, with limits enforced on the server, not just in the browser.
An admin console with live activity, sign-up surveys and friction detection that notices confusion and retries in three languages.
When an AI provider failed on 22 September, I shipped a fix the same day, apologised to affected users by email and built an automatic incident notice.
65 database tables locked to server-only access, rate limits, and unsafe outgoing requests blocked.
Wrote a job post for a social media intern and built an application studio to recruit through it.
Guides in Azerbaijani, Russian and English for search, QR posters, and Instagram reels I make myself.
Registering OrujovAI as a company in Azerbaijan, so schools sign contracts with a real company.
Other things I make.
- pnoia.devThe umbrella brand I'm building my projects under.
- inno.pnoia.devA platform for my school's social-activities programme: applications, an admin panel, three languages.
- Launch films and reelsLaunch films and Greek-epic Instagram reels, with motion design written in code and scores I synthesize.
2026, month by month.
OrujovAI goes live. Chat, creating, code, study and search modes in three languages.
Solve and Study Brain. Math from a photo; mastery tracking, spaced review and a plan for today.
Live Tutor. A teacher that builds a whole lesson as slides and teaches it on a live board.
Presentation engine. Nine themes, auto-fit, click-to-edit, export to PowerPoint and PDF.
Development plans for Kaspi Lyceum. First version the same day; rebuilt to the school's official document by night.
Security lockdown and PDF editor. 65 tables to server-only access; edit PDFs in chat.
Every school screen in three languages. Azerbaijani, Russian and English, with guide videos in all three.
The AI searches the web on its own and answers with sources.
inno.pnoia.dev goes live for my school's social-activities programme.
First hire. Recruiting a social media intern through an application studio I built.
The exam platform for Kaspi Lyceum. A page for every student, a teacher's panel and an AI tutor that works from each student's mistakes.
Simurq Lyceum signs. A second school; the same day the Kleos draw goes live.
stabil.az. Taking over a news site to turn it into an AI-run newsroom.
